The Apostasy series of paintings, comprise of ten large paintings that were informed by current events and my thoughts around Politics, Religion, Ideology and the state of the collective human soul. The series also has a set of ten companion, precursory drawings, which shed some light on the main works with notes and quotes. The works were shown with fellow artist Darryl Rogers' four channel video installation Sehnsucht at Jugglers Art Space, Brisbane in 2015.
